Ever since Jeff Falk was a young child he has dreamed of fast
cars and treacherous raceways. "My parents have pictures of old race cars I drew
when I was only 3 or 4 and I raced remote-control cars when I was young. I
always liked cars and driving fast, but I don't think there was a point when I
thought I would be where I am now" says Falk last April at the Langley Speedway.
Jeff Falk is the son of race enthusiast
Joe Falk. Joe began
the family legacy of racing many years ago and was one of the area's top
short-track drivers for several years. Joe competed in his last race at the
Richmond International Raceway in 2000 as he made an effort to reach the Winston
Cup. Jeff is now track to compete for the Winston Cup team. Using his father's
old Winston Cup cars he competes in several races a year including the Busch
Grand National and several Automobile Racing Club of America (ARCA) races
throughout the country.
Vying to succeed on all tracks, Jeff is sure not to miss out on even the most
difficult of tracks. As Jeff and his father, Joe, headed to Winchester, Brett
Bodine (Winston Cup Driver) reminded the duo how crazy they were to race such a
fast track. For Jeff, that's what it's all about- speed and the desire to win!
Jeff and Joe Falk keep the family legacy alive in the racing industry. They both
have big dreams to become part of the Winston Cup team.
We are in the process of trying to get set up sponsorship with the team. If you
like the idea let them know.
